Retail Orders:

There is a minimum order amount of $500 after discounts which includes FREE SHIPPING for East Region Shipments.

There is a minimum order amount of $500 after discounts with $100 SHIPPING for West Region Shipments.

Fireworks must be shipped by semi-trucks by a Hazmat driver. Please choose the option for a lift gate if you need a lift gate at delivery.

Orders under $500 may be picked up after verifying availability at one of our locations.

All retail orders will come in brown boxes with tamper resistant tape. Customers need to inspect the box and tape before signing the Bill of Lading.

Please note any cuts, damages or missing product.

All shipments of fireworks are federally regulated and will be shipped only by federally approved means. American Eagle Fireworks Inc. is a retailer and wholesaler that sells via the internet to consumers, wholesalers and distributors. American Eagle Fireworks assumes no liability as to misuse, illegal sale or transportation by the purchaser.

All fireworks are sold on the premise that they will be used or sold in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. Any dispute arising will be litigated in Lansing, Michigan.

• No Shortages will be accepted without being marked on the Bill of Lading (freight document).

• All damages or tampered boxes must be marked on the Bill of Lading.

• Open Boxes or missing tape must be marked on the Bill of Lading.
